Anne and Scott > We arrived at the race site, surprised to find it was chilly! The air was thick with mist and there was a cold breeze blowing.

Anne and Scott > Fortunately, she squeezed into borrowed feetie pajamas and Emily generously donated her tshirt to the cause.

Anne and Scott > Lonica and I had run together many times this past summer and I was so psyched that she was doing her first triathlon.

Anne and Scott > Jenny, the brains behind the operation, is great to photograph.

Anne and Scott > She didn't say much about it before the race, but she got her game face on as soon as she got in the water. :)

Anne and Scott > They're off! At the time, I didn't have a clue who was where so I just took lots of photos. I was lucky to catch Jenny in this one (in yellow).
